1 Quantity Estimate – MR SELECTIONS offer estimations of quantities only and no responsibility is for incorrect quantities due to misrepresentation of plan supply by the builder or customers. You must confirm the quantity yourself or your estimator.

2 BATCH VARIATIONS – Please be aware that all new tiles batch is shade and texture variations to the original display at the showroom. This is an inherent characteristic in all porcelain & ceramic production lines.

3 ORDERS – A 50% deposit is required to the value of the invoice and the amount is NON- REFUNDABLE. Our products come from overseas and depend on supplier availability and shipping schedules. After booking order No- Cancellations or refunds are accepted.  

4 Estimate – Our estimates are only valid for a 30-day time frame and the order is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. 

5 SAMPLES – All our displays samples are current batch in stock and color & designs variations can occur from batch to batch. Request to contact us immediately if you have any concerns prior to installation.

6 CLEARANCE SALES – All our clearances sales are our specials price, and all clearance purchase orders are non-refundable and no any warranties on the products.

7 DELIVERY – Our delivery service includes dropping the pallets into a garage or suitable area. The delivery company does not take any responsibility for damage to the driveway or property damage. All accidents occur in property circumstances.

8 RETURNS / CREDITS – Only full boxes are accepted, and tiles must be in good condition including the box and subject to current batch stock available. A 20 % handling charge will apply to all returns. No credit refunds will be granted 14 days of the invoice.

9 INSTALLATION POLICY – Before installation it is your responsibility to check and confirm your installer about the products to right orders. 

TILES INSTALLATION – According Australian standard must be discussed with your tiler to install Australian standard and follow details manufacturers guideline on box. All big format tiles are requirement Australian standard minimum 4mm gaps between both tiles and if customers request minimize gaps, we follow customers standard, and no warranty provide by MR SELECTIONS. If any tiles crack after installation from house settlement that’s not our responsibility.
